VP Racing's Father's Day Marketing Campaign 
This was a combination creative direction,  marketing strategy and tactics. We sourced talent, organized locations, and managed the media placement via YouTube, social platforms, and digital distribution resources.
Marketing tactics included social media paid ads, direct mailers, email newsletters, linkedIn campaigns, YouTube.com, Google ads, industry race series media, and VPRacing.com 
Results:
The VP Father's Day campaign generated the largest sales of appearance product kits in a month in 2022. The social media paid posts, email campaigns, and digital ads reached new targeted audiences in the 30-55 age demographics resulting in greater ROI on ad spends. 
2022 CyberWeek Digital Campaign
The campaign, designed to the last 3 weeks of November, began the second week with a flood of social and paid digital ads promoting the "Coming Soon" enticements. The SMS ads provided an early insight to ads and larger discounts for more personal engagement. 
The primary promotional ads launch the week of Thanksgiving, with a slew email blasts, social media posts, videos in stories, organic and paid posts, lasting full week of thanksgiving. The last week of promotional campaign items promoted the "Last Chance" to capitalize on the specials with additional incentives and clearance items. 
RESULTS:
The CyberWeek campaign generated record sales for the Month of November in 2022 and matched the companies record online sales, in a month, for a consecutive three years.

The 2022 VP Holiday December Campaign 
The campaign, designed to the last 3 weeks of December, beginning the second week with a series of social and paid digital ads promoting the "Christmas Holiday Specials". Again, the SMS ads provided an early insight to ads and larger discounts for more personal engagement. 
The primary promotional ads launched early December, with a slew email blasts, social media posts, videos in stories, organic and paid posts, lasting full week of Christmas. The last week of promotional campaign items promoted the "Holiday Blowouts" to capitalize on the specials with additional incentives and clearance items. 
RESULTS:
The Christmas Holiday campaign generated the largest online sales for the Month of December in 2022 and the second largest December online campaign behind the record breaking 2021 campaign.
Discovery's Street Outlaws - FarmTruck and AZN - VP Racing Jerky and Apparel Collaboration Campaign. We partnered up with AZN from the famous Street Outlaws show to promote their new Jerky line in our VP C-Stores and included a custom FarmTruck and AZN shirt package deal. 
The campaign included digital ads, geo-fencing ads at VP Branded gas stations, social media promotions across both parties platforms, giveaway contests, and email messaging. 
The Farmtruck and AZN shirt became a popular demand item at events and best seller in 2022. 
Digital Ads - Product Specials for IMSA Race Series Promotion. Campaign targeted racing enthusiasts ages, 18-36, and included Geo-Fencing around local and regional race tracks. 
Digital Ads - MOTO X Series Promotions. Digital campaign targeted racing enthusiasts ages 24-42. Retargeting look a like personas purchasing high performance automotive fluids and parts.

The 2021 VP Poster Calendar - Jessica Vargas
VP Racing's annual poster calendar for 2021 featuring Jessica Vargas. We begin the production  earlier every to prepare this project. 2021 was more involved as we launched a 12 month calendar to implement monthly specials with codes that would coincide with our annual marketing strategy
I lead this project by initially developing the mood boards and Art Directions as we selected locations, props, vehicles, and wardrobe. We selected Simon Lopez as our Photographer and his hair an makeup staff to capture the moments. 
Our primary task to carry on VP 's annual calendar tradition, feature our full product line and capture content that would be used all year though out our marketing campaigns. 
RESULTS:
We had great engagement across all social media platforms and consistent monthly traffic driven by the coupon codes generated on each months page. Jessica Vargas was featured at a multitude of VP racing events  and races throughout the 2021

This year we wanted to encompass the race world into the theme and what better way to than to use what's in our backyard. The Circuit of Americas track in Austin, Texas, We rounded up a few local Lambo enthusiasts, locked in a garage at COTA, brought in the talent and knocked one of our most successful calendar shoot projects to date. 
 Once again, Simon Lopez and his team were incredible at capturing the moments most cant imagine.
The content composed is set to be utilized in multiple campaigns through out 2023.

VP Product Development - Appearance Line
The VP Power Appearance Product Line includes Cleaner, Leather and Interior Protestant, Wax, Instant Detailer, and microfiber cloth. The prototype kit case is an example of product to market study case. We examined production costs, profit margins, manufacturing, and logistics, when determining the scope of in-store development. 
The VP Appearance line is a new expansion of diversified product lines new to market. We've had significant growth in online sales and expanding in-store rack space nationally on a consistent basis in 2022.. 
VP Hand Sanitizer Product Launch 2020
In March 2020, VP Racing's primary product and streamline of revenue had come to a complete stop with the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our R&D Braintrust developed a FDA regulated Hand Sanitizer, we then generated a strategic marketing plan and sales kits, creating the prefect combination to supply a much needed product to an industry struggling to maintain operations. 
RESULTS
VP Racing had a record breaking year in sales, topping the 45 years in business and leading the company into a diversification growth that has maintained over the last three years. 
VP Propane Product Launch
After initiating a full product launch campaign with labeling, packaging, collateral, compliance, logistics, the launch was halted due to price increases in materials and manufacturing across the market.
